牙周病早期阶段就有约70%的牙周胶原被破坏。尽管目前认为牙周病的主要病因是细菌,但自身免疫反应与牙周病的发生亦有一定的关系,特别是在牙周病患者的末梢血中,发现对Ⅰ型胶原的细胞免疫及体液免疫均增强。本研究的目的是运用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)的方法检测龈沟液中的Ⅰ型胶原抗体IgG,并比较了龈沟液中及自身血清中的这种抗体水平,结果发现龈沟液中与自身血清中的抗体水平无显著性差别。另外,牙周治疗对龈沟液及血清中的胶原抗体水平亦无明显的影响。
