科学完备的法律体系是我国社会主义现代化建设的有力保障。本文探讨了我国法律体系的概念,研究了我国法律体系中尚存在的问题,重点提出了完善我国法律体系的一些具体措施,本文的研究期望能对建设我国完善的法律体系提供一些参考。
A scientific and complete legal system is a powerful guarantee for the socialist modernization in our country. This paper explores the concept of legal system in our country, studies the existing problems in our legal system, and puts forward some concrete measures to improve our legal system. The expectation of this article can provide some references for building a sound legal system in our country.
