张康之,1957年生,江苏省铜山县人。先后就学于南京大学和中国人民大学,任教于西北政法学院和中国人民大学,现为中国人民大学公共管理学院二级教授、博士生导师,教育部长江学者特聘教授,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,国家社会科学基金管理学组评审专家,中国行政管理学会常务理事。出版著作和教材有《寻找公共行政的伦理视角》《公共行政中的哲学与伦理》《社会治理的历史叙事》《总体性与乌托邦:人本主义马克思主义的总体范畴》《行政伦理的观念与视野》《中国政府管理》《公共行政学》《现代管理学》《公共管理伦理学》
Zhang Kangzhi, born in 1957, Tongshan County, Jiangsu Province. He studied at Nanjing University and Renmin University of China, teaching at Northwest College of Politics and Law and Renmin University of China, is currently a professor at the School of Public Administration of Renmin University, a doctoral tutor, and a visiting professor at the Ministry of Education, Cheung Kong Scholar, enjoying special allowance from the State Council, Social Science Fund Management Group assessment experts, executive director of China Institute of Management.
