随着经济建设的发展和社会的不断进步,人们生活水平日益提高,电视、空调、微波炉、取暖器等大量家用电器走进千家万户;煤气、天然气的家庭使用率不断攀升;可燃、易燃物品用于家庭住宅装修装饰的现象日益增多;由此引发的消防安全隐患也随之增多,家庭火灾屡屡发生。根据《2013版中国消防年鉴》数据显示:以2012年为例,家庭住宅共发生火灾就达4.6万起,死亡622人,受伤250人,死亡和受伤人数分别占当年火灾死伤总数
