从“严打”斗争开始至一九八四年底,湖南省华容县共判处强奸案六十一件,七十一人,占结案数的百分之十四,仅低于盗窃案件所占比重。其中判处死刑七人,死缓三人,无期徒刑三人,五年以上徒刑四十一人,不满五年徒刑的十七人,判处五年以上徒刑的占百分之七十六点一。一九八三年九至十二月,强奸犯罪发案率比当年头八个月有所下降。但是,一九八四年却发案三十三起,比一九八三年的二十一起增加百分之五十七点一。
From the beginning of the “crackdown” campaign to the end of 1984, 61 cases of rape were sentenced in Huarong County, Hunan Province, and 71 were seized, accounting for 14% of the total number of cases, only less than the proportion of thefts. Seven of them were sentenced to death, three were sentenced to death, three were life imprisonments, 41 were sentenced to imprisonment of not less than five years, 17 were not satisfied with five years’ imprisonment, and 76.1 imprisonment with a sentence of five years or more. In September-December 1983, the incidence of rape crimes dropped from the first eight months of the year. However, there were 33 incidents in 1984, an increase of 57.1% over the figure of 19 in 1983.
