二甲基甲酰胺(Dimethylformamide,简称DMF)是近年来使用量剧增的一种新溶剂。它的用途很广,主要用做高分子合成的溶剂或中间原料,特别是用做聚丙烯腈纤维的纺丝溶剂,也用于制造人造革或皮带表面材料时做为聚氨基甲酸酯树脂的处理溶剂,也用做石油制品如乙烯、丁二烯的分离提取溶剂,乙炔的回收和防虫防锈涂料的溶剂等。自从使用DMF以来,近十余年国外已有一些中毒病例,报告DMF对肝脏有明显的损害。近年来我国也已开始使用DMF,因此,为适应生产发展的需要,保证工人健康,供防治中毒时参考,现把有关资料综述如下:
