对事业单位员工薪酬进行有效的管理,对事业单位的正常运营起着重要的作用,这种作用对地勘单位而言更加的重要,这主要是因为地勘单位从单位性质上说属于事业单位,但从单位内部管理上说,走的确是企业化的道路,因此对地勘单位员工薪酬进行管理研究更具意义。本文主要通过对地勘事业单位现行薪酬制度存在的问题的分析,进而探讨了地勘事业单位薪酬制度改革的措施以及在改革地勘事业单位员工薪酬管理是应注意的问题,希望能够为相关的地勘单位提供借鉴。
The effective management of staff remuneration in public institutions plays an important role in the normal operation of public institutions.
