用24只沙鼠制成脑缺血动物模型,采用不同氧压的高压氧进行治疗后用光镜与电镜观察脑组织及血省形态变化.发现缺血时脑海马区受损最敏感,尤以CA1变化明显,其次是CA2,再其次是CA3.齿状回未见变化。海马带宽窄不一,锥体细胞减少,排列紊乱。经分别用不同氧压的高压氧治疗后,上述变化明显减轻,尤以250kPa治疗效果为佳。
Twenty-four gerbils were used to establish the model of cerebral ischemia. After treatment with hyperbaric oxygen with different oxygen pressure, the morphological changes of brain tissue and blood were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Found hippocampus ischemic area most susceptible to damage, especially in CA1 changed significantly, followed by CA2, followed by CA3. No changes in the dentate gyrus. Narrow bandwidth of hippocampus, pyramidal cells decreased, arranged disorder. After being treated with hyperbaric oxygen with different oxygen pressure, the above changes were obviously alleviated, especially the treatment effect of 250kPa was better.
