中共“十八大”之后,党和国家加大了对事业单位的反腐力度,在针对各例反腐报道中,绝大部分事业单位的腐败分子在罗列罪状时都涉及到“小金库”的问题,可见“小金库”的管理是事业单位亟待解决的一道难题。本文简单阐述了事业单位“小金库”形成的途径和影响,并分析了“小金库”形成的原因,提出一些解决“小金库”问题的策略,以期使事业单位能形成清正廉明的风气。
