目的 :观察穿心莲胶囊的抗炎作用。方法 :大鼠蛋清、角叉菜胶足跖注射致炎法。结果 :穿心莲胶囊(0 2 5 ,0 75 ,2 2 5g kg)对两种致炎模型均有明显抗炎作用 ,于 30min开始起效 ,可维持 8h之久 ,3剂量间存在量效关系。结论 :穿心莲胶囊具有明显抗炎作用
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of Tongxinlian Capsule. METHODS: Rats with egg white and carrageenan injections were injected into the inflammation method. Results : Chuanxinlian capsules (0 2 5, 0 75, 2 25 g kg) had obvious anti-inflammatory effects on the two inflammation models. They began to take effect within 30 minutes and could last for 8 hours. There was a dose-effect relationship between the three doses. Conclusion : Tongxinlian capsule has obvious anti-inflammatory effect
