目的:超声引导下对不同年龄采用不同水压治疗小儿肠套叠。方法:通过对206例小儿肠套叠不同年龄采用不同水压在超声引导下治疗,其中有25例采用2次水压灌肠治疗。结果:超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠成功率198/206例(96.11%)。结论:超声引导下对不同年龄采用不同水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠,取得较好的效果,安全性好,无1例发生结肠穿孔,较传统方法无X线辐射。
Objective: Ultrasound-guided treatment of pediatric intussusception with different hydrostatic pressure at different ages. Methods: 206 cases of intussusception in children of different ages using different water pressure in the treatment of ultrasound guidance, of which 25 cases were treated with 2 times enema. Results: The success rate of pediatric intussusception was 198/206 cases (96.11%) under ultrasonic guidance. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided treatment of pediatric intussusception with different water enemas at different ages has good effect and good safety. No case of colonic perforation occurred. There was no X-ray radiation compared with traditional methods.
