组成紫苏叶5g,陈皮4g,炙甘草2.5g,香附4g,荆芥3g,秦艽3g,防风3g,蔓荆子3g,川芎1.5g,生姜3片。功效发汗解表,理气解郁。主治四时感冒。症见头痛项强,鼻塞流涕,身体疼痛,发热恶寒或恶风,无汗,舌苔薄白,脉浮。用法将上药研为细末,水煎,温服,微覆似汗。方解风寒之邪,四时皆有,体质弱、腠理疏松者起居不慎,便引起感冒。但病邪轻浅者,不宜用峻剂,故以加味香苏散,以取代麻黄汤、桂枝汤二方,对于治疗上述表寒轻证,“药稳而效,亦医门之良法也”。方中以辛
