手工记录在目前大部分设备运行生产记录中仍然占主要的记录方式,对于这种形势,开发一种能够实现自动记录以及能够智能化数据分析的功能软件是很有必要的。在本课题中提出了数据管理方法目前的一些问题,探究通过数据库编程软件设计出工业监控生产报表系统,本系统可以实现一个数据管理和共享的效果。这将为我们工业运作提供很大的便利,不管是在以后查阅数据或者是解决以后生产过程中存在的问题。
It is necessary to develop a functional software that can automatically record and intelligently analyze data in the situation that manual recording still occupies the main record in most current equipment operation records. In this topic, some problems of data management method are put forward, and the report system of industrial monitoring production is designed through database programming software. The system can achieve the effect of data management and sharing. This will provide a great deal of convenience for our industrial operation, whether it be for later access to data or for future production problems.
