物流业的不断发展与进步,一定程度上推动了平衡计分卡在物流战略成本管理的应用与实施,已经得到了物流业的高度重视与关注。基于平衡计分卡的物流战略成本管理建设,对于降低物流成本具有极大地推动作用,促进物流业的健康发展。本文主要针对基于平衡计分卡的物流战略成本管理展开深入的研究,并提出几点针对性的优化措施,以供相关人士的借鉴。
The continuous development and progress of the logistics industry have promoted the application and implementation of the BSC in logistics strategic cost management to a certain extent and have gained great attention and attention from the logistics industry. The construction of logistics strategic cost management based on Balanced Scorecard greatly promotes the logistics cost reduction and promotes the healthy development of the logistics industry. This paper mainly studies the logistics strategic cost management based on Balanced Scorecard, and puts forward some targeted optimization measures for the reference of stakeholders.
