最近,我们就企业转换经营机制中职工文化技 术教育工作情况,在机械、纺织、商业、房地、水利、轻工、铁路、市政等八个行业近十一万职工中进行了调查。从调查结果看,我市职工队伍文化程度和技术等级与一九八五年相比,已有较大提高,特别是初中以下文化程度已由一九八五年的55.3％,下降到现在的38.4％。一九九0年以来,这些单位共外送职工进行学历教育和参加专业技术
Recently, we conducted an investigation into the cultural and technological education of workers and staff in the operation mechanism of enterprises, and conducted investigations in nearly 110,000 workers in eight industries including machinery, textile, commerce, housing, water conservancy, light industry, railways and municipal administration. According to the survey results, the level of education and technical level of the workforce in our city has been greatly increased as compared with 1985, especially since the level of education below junior high school dropped from 55.3% in 1985 to the present level 38.4%.
