在瑜伽教学的教学设计过程中,应不忽视目标受众的对瑜伽练习的认知特征,以前端分析促有效备课,从而避免教学设计闭门造车、教学过程无的放矢。
In the process of teaching design of yoga teaching, we should not neglect the cognition characteristics of the target audience to yoga practice and use front-end analysis to promote effective lesson preparation so as to avoid teaching design behind closed doors and teaching process without target.
