油锯及其它用途的单缸二冲程发动机,在我省林区使用过程中,普遍存在热机工作效率低及不易起动等问题。解决这个问题,对生产及机械使用寿命都有重要作用。在实际生产使用的过程中,我们注意到油锯等单缸发动机的化油器温度的变化,对发动机的工作性能、生产效率、耗油量及机械使用寿命均有较大影响。对此,我们用051、YJ_4 油锯,在化油器与机体连接处加设防热装置进行切削试验,结果如下。

In this regard, we use the 051, YJ_4 Chainsaw, carburetor and the body junction with anti-heat devices for cutting test, the results are as follows.
