复发性口腔阿弗它溃疡(以下简称 RAS)目前尚无满意的治疗措施。我们应用免疫激活的方法(左旋咪唑和麻疹疫苗)进行治疗,取得一定疗效。一、病例与方法:100例中,男53例,女47例,平均年龄38.3岁(19～58岁)。发作频度每月至少2次以上。病程1年之内者11例,1～5年者40例,6～10年14例,11年以上35例。其中17例进行细胞和体液免疫学测定(淋巴母细胞转化试验 E-玫瑰花形成试验、IgG、IgM 及 IgA),约1/2左右的患者细胞免疫水平偏低,免疫球蛋白水平基本正常。
Recurrent oral aphthous ulcer (hereinafter referred to as RAS) is currently no satisfactory treatment. We use the method of immune activation (levamisole and measles vaccine) for treatment, and achieved a certain effect. First, the cases and methods: 100 cases, 53 males and 47 females, with an average age of 38.3 years (19 to 58 years). The frequency of attacks is at least 2 times per month. 11 cases of disease within 1 year, 1 to 5 years in 40 cases, 6 to 10 years in 14 cases, more than 11 years in 35 cases. Seventeen of the patients underwent cellular and humoral immunological assays (lymphocyte transformation test E-rose formation assay, IgG, IgM and IgA). About one-half of patients had low cellular immunity and normal immunoglobulin levels.
