绩效管理是事业单位人力资源管理的重要组成部分,绩效管理水平的高低直接影响事业单位的管理水平和工作效率,从而影响事业单位发展目标的实现。主要介绍加强事业单位绩效管理的必要性,并在分析事业单位绩效管理中存在问题的基础上探讨其解决对策。
Performance management is an important part of human resources management in public institutions. The level of performance management directly affects the management level and work efficiency of institutions, thus affecting the realization of the development objectives of public institutions. This paper mainly introduces the necessity of strengthening the performance management of public institutions, and discusses the countermeasures based on the analysis of existing problems in the performance management of public institutions.
