为了探讨痛风宁颗粒对血尿酸代谢异常的调节作用。采用 10 0日龄蛋鸡 ,在产蛋日龄前喂以产蛋高峰期的高核蛋白、高钙的饲料 ,并限制进水量 ,诱发鸡痛风病 ,并以别嘌呤醇、丙磺舒、小苏打、舒风宁作为对照药 ,对比观察痛风宁颗粒对鸡痛风病血尿酸代谢的影响。痛风宁用药后 ,病鸡的血尿酸值显著下降 ,粪便尿酸排泄量升高 ,其降血尿酸作用与小苏打、丙磺舒、别嘌呤醇相当 ,促尿酸排泄作用与小苏打、丙磺舒相近。表明痛风宁对血尿酸的控制既通过抑制尿酸生成又通过促进尿酸排泄
