杂技表演从它诞生之日起,便携带着一种神奇之光。翻阅历史古文献,每当提到杂技,无不把“奇巧”二字作为它的突出特色。《文献通考》中称之为“诡怪百出,惊俗骇观”;《随书·音乐志》更以“奇怪异端,百有余物,名为百戏”来概括它。近千年过去了,人们对杂技的评论,至今仍离不开奇妙、神奇等溢美之词。杂技表演给观众留下的审美感受,说明在杂技艺术的创造过程中,“奇”是一个相当重要的因素。首先,杂技表演完全不依靠语言或情节,而是采用一种可视的人体技艺
