葡萄糖的转运是通过葡萄糖转运蛋白4(GLUT4)的易位而实现。GLUT4易位机制涉及到多种信号转导途径。胰岛素主要通过IRS-PI3-K和Cbl-TC10信号瀑布流促使GLUT4易位。运动诱导GLUT4易位主要是通过AMPK信号转导途径。GLUT4易位的下游机制是AS160。在GLUT4囊泡与膜融合的远端过程中,SNAREs(膜偶联蛋白)在易位中起到关键作用。
Glucose transport is achieved through the translocation of glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4). GLUT4 translocation mechanism involves a variety of signal transduction pathways. Insulin promotes GLUT4 translocation mainly through the IRS-PI3-K and Cbl-TC10 signal cascades. Exercise induced GLUT4 translocation is mainly through the AMPK signal transduction pathway. The downstream mechanism of GLUT4 translocation is AS160. SNAREs play a key role in translocation during the distal process of GLUT4 vesicle fusion with the membrane.
