公立医院作为公益性较强的组织机构,为社会民众提供医疗服务。面对着医疗卫生体制的不断改革和日益激烈的市场竞争,公立医院需要利用全面预算管理来加强医院的成本控制,以提高医院自身的竞争力,在市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过介绍全面预算管理的相关方法和知识,探讨全面预算管理在医院成本控制中的地位和作用,进一步加强成本控制。同时,还能够起到参考作用,促进医院合理配置医疗资源和加强成本控制,在合理公正的前提下,实现效益最大化。
Public hospitals, as public welfare organizations, provide medical services to the community. Faced with the continuous reform of health care system and the increasingly fierce market competition, public hospitals need to use comprehensive budget management to strengthen the cost control of hospitals so as to enhance the competitiveness of hospitals themselves and remain invincible in market competition. This article introduces the relevant methods and knowledge of comprehensive budget management to explore the status and role of total budget management in the control of hospital costs and further strengthen cost control. At the same time, it can also serve as a reference for hospitals to promote the rational allocation of medical resources and strengthen cost control, and achieve maximum benefits on the premise of fairness and justice.
