目的探究护理干预对高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法随机选取我院收治的60例高血压患者作为研究对象,将全部高血压患者随机分为对照组与观察组两组各30例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取护理干预。结果经过护理干预的观察组患者的服药依从性以及血压控制率明显优于对照组。结论对高血压的患者实施有效的护理干预措施能够明显提高患者的服药依从性,有效控制血压,在临床上具有广泛的推广作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on medication adherence in hypertensive patients. Methods Sixty hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected randomly as study object. All hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given routine nursing and the observation group were given nursing intervention. Results In the intervention group, medication compliance and blood pressure control rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion Effective nursing interventions for patients with hypertension can significantly improve patient compliance with medication and effectively control blood pressure, which has a wide range of clinical promotion.
