医院的形象是医院文化的重要组成部分。它包括质量形象、服务形象、人才形象、设备形象、环境形象五个部分。医院的形象好比一个完整的人。 医疗技术是医院形象的骨骼,就是说医疗技术和医疗质量是医院赖以生存和发展的核心和基础,反映医学发展的医疗技术水平是医院水平和实力的重要标志,也是拉开医院等级的重要指标,一个不着力提高医疗技术,不拥有众多人才的医院,外部形象再完美,也只能是“侏儒症”和“佝偻症”的形象。
The image of the hospital is an important part of the hospital culture. It includes five parts: quality image, service image, talent image, equipment image and environment image.
