近年来,我国行政事业单位发展迅速,且为促进我国社会文化、教育、科学、卫生事业的发展做出了较大贡献。作为行政事业单位管控制度的重要组成部分,其内部控制制度不仅关系着单位自身的发展,而且对于国家资金的流向与利用效率也具有重要影响。基于此,本文以我国行政事业单位内部控制制度作为主要研究内容,对其内部控制制度的特点和改善途径做出了系统探究。
In recent years, the administrative units in our country have developed rapidly and made great contributions to the promotion of the social, cultural, educational, scientific and public health undertakings in our country. As an important part of the management and control system of administrative institutions, its internal control system has an important influence not only on its own development but also on the flow and utilization efficiency of state funds. Based on this, this article takes the internal control system of our country’s administrative institutions as the main research content, and systematically explores the characteristics of its internal control system and ways to improve it.
