目的探讨64排螺旋CT(64MDCT)冠状动脉成像不同心率下冠状动脉各节段血管的最佳重建相位。方法对61例病例行64MDCT冠状动脉成像,扫描后原始数据分别按R-R间期30%,35%,40%,45%,50%,60%,70%,75%的相位进行后处理重组,记录扫描期间平均心率,心率<70次/min为Ⅰ组,≥70次/分为Ⅱ组,分析不同心率组不同R-R时相对支冠状动脉血管的显示情况。结果Ⅰ组的所有的冠状动脉节段可以在单一的75%相位上获得最佳图像质量;Ⅱ组的所有冠状动脉可以在单一的45%或40%的相位上获得最佳图像质量,多时相重建并不能显著提高图像质量。结论随着64MDCT的时间分辨率的充分发展,所有有关冠状动脉节段能在一个重建间隔得到有诊断价值的图像。
Objective To explore the optimal reconstructed phase of coronary arteries in 64-slice spiral CT (64MDCT) coronary artery at different heart rates. Methods Sixty-six patients underwent 64-MDCT coronary angiography. After the scan, the original data were processed by 30%, 35%, 40%, 45%, 50%, 60%, 70% and 75% Average heart rate was recorded during scanning. The heart rate was less than 70 beats / min in group I and 70 times / divided into two groups. The relative coronary arteries in different heart rate groups were analyzed. Results All coronary segments in group I received the best image quality at a single 75% phase; all coronary arteries in group II achieved the best image quality at a single 45% or 40% phase, Reconstruction does not significantly improve image quality. Conclusion With the full development of the temporal resolution of 64 MDCT, all relevant coronary segments can produce valuable images at a reconstructed interval.
