本文以辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)为标记酶,聚苯乙烯微量血凝板为固相载体,运用夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)技术研究了部分纯化的尖吻蝮蛇毒凝血酶样酶(TLE)的微量检测,并用四参数方程模拟了TLE的对数剂量反应曲线。
In this paper, horseradish peroxidase (HRP) as a marker enzyme, polystyrene micro-coagulation plate as a solid phase carrier, the use of sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) technology to study the partially purified Agkistrodon mosaic thrombin-like enzyme (TLE). The four-parameter equation was used to simulate the logarithmic dose response curve of TLE.
