在丝虫病防治工作中,当前仍以夜间血检微丝蚴为发现传染源最普遍采用的方法,但各地的取血量尚不一致、主张取血120mm~3者居多。为探讨不同血量与微丝蚴检出的关系、我们在乳源县大桥公社班氏丝虫病流行区进行实验观察。方法于夜间9点至凌晨1点,取耳垂血120mm~3,按顺序作或4个血膜,分别涂在两张玻片上,每个血膜血量为30mm~3。血片平放待干,次日脱血色素后用美蓝染色,镜检并记录微丝蚴条数。
