目的 探讨长期咀嚼槟榔对机体有无遗传毒性。方法 应用短期的体外、体内致突变试验检测槟榔的遗传效应。结果 槟榔剂量在3 750、7 500m g/kg·bw 时,小鼠精子畸形率分别为1249% 、1390% ,极明显高于阴性对照组(1034% )(χ2 = 2288,5949, P< 001)。结论 槟榔能通过睾丸屏障影响小鼠的精子发育过程,对小鼠的生殖细胞有一定的遗传毒性。
Objective To investigate whether the long-term chewing betel nut has genetic toxicity to the body. Methods The short-term in vitro and in vivo mutagenicity tests were used to detect the genetic effects of areca. Results When the betel was dosed at 3 750 and 7 500 m g/kg bw, the abnormal rate of sperm in mice was 12 49% and 13 90% respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the negative control group (10 34%) (χ 2 = 22 88,5949, P< 001). Conclusion The betel nut can affect the sperm development of mice through the testis barrier and has certain genotoxicity to the germ cells of mice.
