长虹化工厂二车间是生产AZY—2产品的主要车间,大部分是手工操作,保证产品质量比较困难。针对这个特点,车间为保证和提高产品质量采取了许多办法,如:在班组设检验员,坚持自检、互检、专检制度;质量目标落实到人,并制订了严格的岗位责任制等等。这些办法均收到了明显效果。但是产品因人而异,因时间而异的问题未得到根本解决,而且生产效率低,工人劳动强度大,如包复层开槽工序,开一个槽要50分钟。
