分析了碳纤维、聚丙烯纤维混杂纤维混凝土(C-PHFRC)弯曲疲劳变形的构成及其演变规律,讨论了混杂纤维增强混凝土在高频循环荷载作用下疲劳残余应变累积、循环应变幅值演化及疲劳总应变幅值发展的特性,建立了HFRC材料的弯曲疲劳变形模型。研究表明,随纤维掺量的增加,HFRC材料的循环应变发展起始阈值和疲劳前的残余变形均可提高。
The composition and evolution law of bending fatigue of carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber hybrid fiber concrete (C-PHFRC) were analyzed. The fatigue residual strain accumulation, cyclic strain amplitude evolution and fatigue of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete under high frequency cyclic loading were discussed. With the characteristics of the development of the total strain amplitude, the bending fatigue deformation model of HFRC material was established. The study shows that with the increase of fiber content, the initial threshold of cyclic strain development and the residual deformation before fatigue can be improved.
