笔者对翼状胬肉145例(169眼)施行翼状胬切除球结膜反折缝合术。手术方法:用三角刀分离胬肉头部达角膜缘,用剪在翼状胬诲肉上、下边缘,自角膜缘向半月皱襞方向将结膜各作平行切开3—4 mm,剪除结膜下的胬肉组织(病变组织),直至半月皱襞处。最迟为术后第60天,最常发生时间为术后15至30天。一般在术后2个月后应完全消失,结膜恢复正常。术后观察2个月仍无复发现象时,可以予言复
