国家能源局副局长吴吟在中国能源战略与“十二五”能源发展论坛上发言时指出,我国的国家能源战略体系设计分为三个层次:国家能源战略,设计到 2050 年我国能源发展的框架和总体思路;能源中长期规划纲要,规划到 2030 年的能源产业重点布局;能源“十二五”规划,以未来五年能源发展的重点项目为主。
Speaking at the China Energy Strategy and the “Twelfth Five-year” Energy Development Forum, Wu Yin, deputy director of the National Energy Administration, pointed out that the design of China’s national energy strategy system is divided into three levels: the national energy strategy, and the design of China’s energy source by 2050 Development framework and overall thinking; medium and long-term energy planning framework, planning the key layout of the energy industry by 2030; energy "Twelfth Five-Year Plan, based on the next five years the focus of energy development projects.
