对近颅底及侵犯颅底的 38例肿瘤患者进行了手术治疗 ,方法分为侧入路与前入路两大类共计 7种手术径路 ,疗效满意 ;并强调CT在颅底肿瘤的诊断与治疗中的价值 ;对颅底不同区域的肿瘤如何选择手术径路进行了分析与探讨。
Surgical treatment was performed on 38 patients with tumors near the skull base and at the base of the skull. The methods were divided into two major categories: lateral approach and anterior approach, with a total of 7 surgical approaches. The results were satisfactory. The CT diagnosis in the skull base tumor The value of treatment; how to select the surgical approach to the tumors in different areas of skull base were analyzed and discussed.
