为了建立柴胡多指标质量评价体系,试验采用HPLC法、亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法比较分析了不同产地及不同部位野生与栽培柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d、黄酮类成分的含量。结果表明:不同产地的野生与栽培柴胡中柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d、黄酮类成分的含量差别很大,野生柴胡中柴胡皂苷含量比栽培柴胡高,栽培柴胡中黄酮含量比野生柴胡高;不同部位中,除了柴胡根中含有柴胡皂苷外,柴胡茎、叶、花中柴胡皂苷的含量非常少;黄酮含量最高的部位是柴胡花,依次是叶、茎、根。
