目的:探索菌糠复合基质在西甜瓜育苗上的应用效果。方法:以嫁接西甜瓜苗为供试材料,设置3个菌糠复合基质和1个营养土总计4个配方进行西甜瓜育苗试验。结果:菌糠复合基质培育的西瓜幼苗在茎粗、地上部鲜重和干重、地下部鲜重和干重、壮苗指数等指标上都显著高于营养土(CK),菌糠复合基质培育的西甜瓜幼苗表现为长势旺、叶色绿、植株健壮,易于培育。结论:菌糠复合基质可作为西甜瓜育苗基质进行推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of mushroom bran composite substrate on melon seedlings in West. Methods: The grafted cantaloupe seedlings were used as tested materials, and three fungus bran composite substrates and one nutritious soil were set up to make four experiments. Results: The watermelon seedlings cultivated with fungus bran matrix were significantly higher in stem diameter, shoot fresh weight and dry weight, fresh weight and dry weight of roots, seedling index and other indicators than nutrient soil (CK) Cultivated melon seedlings showed growth vigor, leaf color green, plant robust, easy to nurture. Conclusion: The fungus bran composite matrix can be used as the substrate for the promotion of melon seedlings.
