目的:探讨用厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀治疗原发性高血压对患者血脂及心功能情况的影响。方法:对2011年1月～2011年12月期间我院门诊收治的131例原发性高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。这131例患者每日服用厄贝沙坦片75毫克,服用阿托伐他汀钙片20毫克,连续治疗24周。治疗结束后,测量所有患者的血压和血脂水平,并对其心功能做出评价。结果:这131例患者的血压水平均得到显著的改善,其总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的水平较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。除左室射血分数外,这131例患者心功能的各项指标也得到了显著的改善(P<0.05)。结论用厄贝沙坦联合阿托伐他汀除了具有较强的降压作用外,还具有调脂和改善左心室舒张功能的作用,非常适合作为合并有血脂异常、心功能不全的原发性高血压患者使用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of irbesartan combined with atorvastatin on blood lipid and cardiac function in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: The clinical data of 131 patients with essential hypertension treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2011 were retrospectively studied. The 131 patients daily taking irbesartan tablets 75 mg, taking atorvastatin calcium 20 mg, continuous treatment for 24 weeks. After treatment, all patients were measured for blood pressure and lipid levels, and their cardiac function was evaluated. Results: The blood pressure of 131 patients was significantly improved. The total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). In addition to left ventricular ejection fraction, these 131 patients have also significantly improved cardiac function (P <0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan combined with atorvastatin not only has a strong antihypertensive effect, but also has the role of lipid regulation and improvement of left ventricular diastolic function, which is very suitable as a primary hyperglycemia with dyslipidemia and cardiac insufficiency Blood pressure patients use.
