保险专业本科教育是保险高等教育的基本组成部分,是人才兴业战略的基础和关键。在比较分析武汉地区高校保险专业本科教育现状及存在问题的基础上,从学科交叉与融合、创新人才培养模式、建立高校与业界的长效合作机制、加强校际联系、深化教学改革以及适当扩大保险本科招生规模等方面,提出改革发展武汉地区高校保险本科教育的建议。
Undergraduate education in insurance is an essential part of insurance higher education and is the foundation and key of talent employment strategy. On the basis of comparative analysis of current situation and existing problems of undergraduate education in insurance in colleges and universities in Wuhan, this paper establishes a long-term cooperation mechanism between universities and the industry from the interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and innovative training mode, strengthens the inter-school contact, deepens the teaching reform and expands appropriately Insurance undergraduate enrollment and other aspects, proposed reform and development of undergraduate education in Wuhan University recommendations.
