很多人总是没来由的觉得累,稍微站久一会儿就想坐下,坐久了还想躺着,没地方躺也总想找个地方靠着。几乎什么都没干,却总觉得腰酸背痛,头昏脑胀,整个人懒得不想动弹。明明晚上睡得很早,可第二天早上起来还是觉得睡得不解乏,打不起精神。这到底是怎么了?作为一种正常的生理现象,每个人都会有疲劳的感觉,一般经过休息和调养之后就能恢复过来。但是,当疲劳已经严重影响到我们的工作和生活质量时,就不能不引起高度重视了。要知道,很多时候,疲劳也是身体向我们发出的某些报警信号。
