中华人民共和国中央人民政府委员会批准政务院总理兼外交部部长周恩来在本委员会第三十三次会议上所作的外交报告。中央人民政府欢迎日内瓦会议关于恢复印度支那和平的各项协议,并愿与有关国家共同保证这些协议的彻底实施。中央人民政府同意中印两国总理在一九五四年六月二十八日发表的联合声明和中缅两国总理在一九五四年六月二十九日发表的联合声明,并认为在这两个声明中提出的互相尊重领土主权、互不侵犯、互不干涉内政、平等互利、和平共处的五项原则应该适用于我国和亚洲及世界各国的关系中。
The Central People’s Government Committee of the People’s Republic of China approved the diplomatic report made by Zhou Enlai, Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State Council, at the 33rd meeting of this Committee. The Central People’s Government welcomes the Geneva Conference’s agreements on the restoration of peace in Indochina and is ready to work with the countries concerned to ensure the full implementation of these agreements. The Central People’s Government has agreed to the joint statement issued by the Prime Ministers of China and India on June 28, 1954, and the joint statement handed down by the Prime Ministers of China and Myanmar on June 29, 1954, The five principles set forth in the two statements of mutual respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty, nonaggression, non-interference in each other’s internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit and peaceful coexistence should be applied in our relations with Asia and other countries in the world.
