目的探讨脑瘫患儿实施系统化健康教育对康复效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月至6月痉挛性脑瘫住院患儿120例(实验组)与2015年6月至12月痉挛性脑瘫住院患儿118例(对照组)进行比较,对照组采用传统健康教育,实验组采用院前、院内、院外系统化健康教育,两组患儿均于入院时、出院时和出院后6个月进行康复依从性、残疾儿童生活自理能力、粗大运动功能的评价。结果健康教育干预前、干预后、干预后6个月3个时间点两组患儿康复依从性、残疾儿童生活自理能力、粗大运动功能的时间效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);时间因素存在交互效应(P<0.05)。结论系统化健康教育有利于提高脑瘫患儿的康复依从性,持续改善脑瘫患儿生活自理能力和粗大运动功能,比传统健康教育具有更大优势,值得在儿童脑瘫康复中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of systematic health education on rehabilitation in children with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 120 hospitalized children with spastic cerebral palsy (experimental group) from January to June 2016 were compared with 118 hospitalized children with spastic cerebral palsy (control group) from June to December 2015. The control group was treated with traditional health education In the experimental group, the pre-hospital, in-hospital and out-of-hospital systematic health education was adopted in the experimental group. The rehabilitation compliance, the self-care ability of disabled children and the function of coarse motor were evaluated at the time of admission, discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results Before and after intervention, there were significant differences in the time effect between rehabilitation intervention, disabled children’s life self-care ability and gross motor function at 3 months and 6 months after intervention (P <0.05); time There was interaction between factors (P <0.05). Conclusions Systematic health education is beneficial to improve rehabilitation compliance of children with cerebral palsy, and to improve children’s self-care ability and gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy. It has more advantages than traditional health education and is worth popularizing in the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
