采用带支链的N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)参与PBS共聚,得到了分子主链中含氮基团的新型共聚物P(BS-co-MDEA)。采用1H-NMR表征了新型共聚物的化学结构,并对共聚物的结晶性、热性能和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明:1H-NMR证明了得到的产物是P(BS-co-MDEA);其晶型结构和PBS相似,但随着MDEA用量的添加,晶体尺寸增大,θg和θd都有所降低;但θd-5%仍在300℃左右,说明具有良好的热稳定性;共聚物的断裂伸长率有所提高。相比PBS,脂肪酶N435对P(BS-co-MDEA)的降解作用明显减小,对于长效降解,控制其降解速度具有一定的意义。
A novel copolymer P (BS-co-MDEA) containing nitrogen groups in the main chain of the copolymer was obtained by copolymerizing branched-chain N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA) with PBS. The chemical structure of the novel copolymer was characterized by 1H-NMR. The crystallinity, thermal and mechanical properties of the copolymer were also studied. The results showed that 1H-NMR showed that the product was P (BS-co-MDEA). The crystal structure of PBS was similar to that of PBS. However, with the addition of MDEA, the crystal size increased and both θg and θd decreased. However, θd-5% is still about 300 ℃, indicating that it has good thermal stability; the elongation at break of the copolymer is improved. The degradation of P (BS-co-MDEA) by lipase N435 was significantly reduced compared to PBS, which was of great significance for the long-term degradation and the control of its degradation rate.
