2008年4月30日,中共韶关市委常委、副市长张志才在他的办公室接受了本刊记者采访,纵论韶关老区及其经济发展。中共韶关市委、市人民政府对老区建设十分重视,于2002年5月18日发出韶市联[2002]6号文件,即《关于加快我市革命老区经济发展的决定》。这份文件极大地鼓舞了老区人民,激发了社会各界建设韶关老区的热情。多年来,韶关市的老区建设成绩一直处于全省的前列。特刊发本高端访谈,希望对全省各地老区建设工作有借鉴作用。
On April 30, 2008, Zhang Zhicai, member of the CPC Shaoguan Municipal Committee and vice mayor, accepted an interview with this reporter in his office and briefly discussed the old area of Shaoguan and its economic development. CPC Shaoguan Municipal Committee and Municipal People’s Government attach great importance to the construction of the old district. On May 18, 2002, Shaoguanlian [2002] No. 6 document was issued, namely, “Decision on Accelerating the Economic Development of the Old Revolutionary Old District of our City.” This document greatly encouraged the people of the old areas and stimulated the enthusiasm of all walks of life in building the old district of Shaoguan. Over the years, Shaoguan City, the performance of the old district has been in the forefront of the province. Special issue of the high-end interviews, hoping to have reference for the construction of the old areas throughout the province.
