文思隽永颜师古(初唐语言文字学家)曾这样注解“隽永”二字:“隽,肥肉也;永,长也。言其所论甘美而义深长也。”显而易见,文思隽永不但讲究言辞的流畅华美,更注重思想感情的深沉幽远、意昧深长。就如余音绕梁,三日不绝,言有尽而意无穷,常用来描述艺术性较高的作品的审美效果。
