神经系统在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。在多种实体肿瘤中都存在肿瘤细胞浸润进入神经周围进行嗜神经转移的现象。此外,神经纤维还能够进入肿瘤组织,与肿瘤细胞发生相互作用。在前列腺癌和胃癌中,自主神经及其分泌的神经递质在肿瘤发展的各个阶段发挥促进作用并能够提高肿瘤对于治疗的耐受能力。因此,神经也被认为是肿瘤微环境的重要组成部分。众所周知,肿瘤细胞具有异质性,在肿瘤中有一群能够构建与初始肿瘤相同或相似的细胞被称为肿瘤干细胞。肿瘤干
Nervous system plays an important role in tumorigenesis and development. In a variety of solid tumors there is tumor cell infiltration into the nerve around the phenomenon of neurotransmission. In addition, nerve fibers can also enter the tumor tissue and interact with tumor cells. In prostate and gastric cancer, autonomic nerves and their secreted neurotransmitters play a facilitating role in all stages of tumor development and are able to increase the tumor’s ability to tolerate the treatment. Therefore, nerves are also considered as an important part of the tumor microenvironment. It is well-known that tumor cells are heterogeneous and that there is a group of cells in the tumor that are capable of constructing the same or similar cells as the original tumor called tumor stem cells.
