经过1年多来的房地产宏观调控,国内房地产市场出现了很大的变化。尽管各地房价还是顶在天花板上,但是全面性住房销售下降已是不争的事实。特别是一线城市住房销售下降更是让地方政府及房地产开发商始料未及。作为1个上下游密集的产业,房地产面临的低迷局面直接影响了下游产业——中央空调的业绩。调控政策的不确定性让消费者持观望态度
