目的了解河南省慢性病防控人力资源现状,便于进一步加强河南省慢性病防控工作。方法采用2012年河南省慢性病防控能力调查问卷数据,利用SPSS 20.0进行描述性分析。结果河南省590名慢性病防控工作人员平均年龄38.28岁,从事慢性病防控平均工作年限为4.49年,全省预防医学和公共卫生专业的比例为28.47%(168/590),本科及以上的比例为30.17%(178/590),副高及以上的比例为5.76%(34/590)。结论应逐步建立健全慢性病防控体系,引进适应河南省慢性病防控工作需要的人才,加强现有慢性病防控人员的专业培训。
Objective To understand the status quo of chronic disease prevention and control of human resources in Henan Province, to further strengthen the prevention and control of chronic diseases in Henan Province. Methods The questionnaire data of chronic disease prevention and control in Henan Province in 2012 were used for descriptive analysis with SPSS 20.0. Results The average age of prevention and control staff of 590 chronic diseases in Henan Province was 38.28 years. The average length of work in prevention and control of chronic diseases was 4.49 years. The proportion of preventive medicine and public health specialty in the province was 28.47% (168/590) 30.17% (178/590), and the ratio of subtropical high and above was 5.76% (34/590). Conclusion It is necessary to gradually establish and improve a chronic disease prevention and control system, introduce talents to adapt to chronic disease prevention and control work in Henan Province, and strengthen the professional training of existing chronic disease prevention and control personnel.
