财务分析作为企业财务管理的核心部分,关系到经济效益及可持续发展。现代企业要重视财务分析的作用,通过财务分析建立现代企业制度,规避财务风险,实现价值最大化的目标,保护投资者及债权人的利益,使企业在激励的市场竞争中利于不败之地,实现长远发展。本文首先理顺了财务分析与财务管理之间的内在联系,以及财务分析的主要内容,并在此基础上探讨了财务分析在财务管理中的核心作用,希望以此来企业财务管理水平。
