本文用作者自行设计的TBC—Ⅰ型中心视野分析仪对颅脑外伤所致视路损伤患者作了追踪检测。本仪器灰度图中每个小长方格面积相等,代表各区所对应的视路纤维数量相同,可反应视路纤维断面的实际情况。借此可判断视路损伤的部位、损伤的性质是否可逆。总灰度值又可代表视路纤维损伤的总数量。作者指出,文中的“斑驳”状、“中等不完全性颞侧偏盲”和偏盲“残迹”等这种类型的视野缺损,只有用这种敏感度较高的微机视野计才能发现。
This article by the author’s own design TBC-Ⅰ type of center field analyzer for traumatic brain injury caused by tracing patients were tracked. Each small rectangular area in the grayscale of the instrument is equal, representing the same number of fibers of the visual path corresponding to each area, which can reflect the actual situation of the fiber cross-section of the visual path. This can determine the location of visual damage, the nature of damage is reversible. The total gray value can represent the total number of optical fiber damage. The authors point out that this type of visual field defect, such as “mottled”, “moderate incomplete temporal hemianopsia” and hemianopia “remnants”, can only be detected with this highly sensitive microcomputer.
